Easy Tomato Cheese Salad

Something quick and delicious to do with all of the beautiful cherry tomatoes from your garden.

Slice the tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick
Slice some mozzarella cheese sticks the same width
Add some chopped fresh basil
Mix with Balsamic vinagerette

Serve immediately!

I tried it and loved it. I even put some left over spahetti noodles in it to get them out of the fridge. It turned it into more of a pasta salad, but was great!

Bravo! I'm half Italian, this is actually a vey common dish seen in Italian households (sometimes referred to as "caprese salad"). When you have use up the rest of your tomatoes (before they get mealy on you)you throw this together.
